Chief responsibilities included: database creation + input, and maintenance to maintain accurate account of distribution and payment procedures + provided support for the database coordination team, performing database management, and identifying and solving potential and real-time database problems + assisted in the development and maintenance of the database policy and procedure manual + integrated two database systems to avoid system downtime during a corporate merger + retained for an additional year after buy-out as part of a special team to assist in database convergence + special recognition for keeping database upgrades current during this merger + transitioned into an integral part of a handpicked exclusive transition team where it was my chief responsibility to ensure that all of my accounts, databases, and customer service responsibilities were seamlessly transferred to the company’s new locations.
