For the final project in our Information Architecture class, and our last project with Marty (holds back tears), we are using the assets Morgan, Monica, and myself created for the Nelson Atkins Pops in the Park project and creating an iPhone app. My concept for the app is utilizing augmented reality, assisted by the internal GPS and camera of the phone, to help the user learn more about the sculptures while exploring the park. The main goal is to find out about the structure of each piece and how they were created, as well as learning some info about the artists themselves. Check out the wireframes to the right.
