The National Poster

  • Featured in the Posterior international 2013 gallery show in Chicago.
  • After being purchased by a rather beautiful hair dresser, she then decided to date me. And is still dating me.

Over the last few years, as a creative outlet, I’ve been feeding off my image-making background and creating posters inspired by some of my favorite musicians, movies, and literature. Most of the time, the imagery and concept are created after meditating on the subject matter for a while. Then it’s just a matter of putting pen to paper / stylus to tablet and illustrating the poster. After the poster is created, I sell them at either a local antique store or sell them on one of my two online storefronts (Etsy and Society6).
