[randavu boxed wine]

client : kcai human-centered design class
software : adobe illustrator, adobe indesign
categories : packaging, branding

ran da vu was a branding and packaging project with the main goal of giving boxed wine an updated image, one that doesn’t match the pre-established image of being cheap and poorly designed. ra da vu focuses on the social aspect of boxed wine and includes two stemless wine glasses and two coasters in addition to the box of wine. The packaging itself is made of recycled wood and paper, which reflects the (somewhat surprising) eco-friendly nature of boxed wine.

[process]

While creating the branding and packaging for randavu, I extensively researched competitive brands, materials, type, and colors as well as did many concept sketches. You can check out the entire design brief to the right
